Driftwood is a 20 minute drive from central Queenstown, and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport. The drive from Te Anau is approximately 2 hours, and Franz Josef Glacier is a 5 hour drive.

Directions to Driftwood:

~ Take the turnoff signed "Kelvin Heights Peninsular Road" on State Highway 6.
~ Drive to the Kelvin Heights Golf Course at the end of Peninsula Road.
~ Turn left into Cedar Drive.
~ Driftwood is Number 40, on the lake side.
